The frame shows the Organist's wife with her husband, the Mayor's wife, and Kozłowa. A little earlier in the film, three shots back, we see a very similar, twin shot with the same actors. Both shots were painted on the same canvas by one animator. Their signature is visible above the painted surface of the frame.
